Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Noida. The Franchise Sales Manager will oversee franchise sales efforts, identify and engage with potential franchisees, and foster strategic partnerships. Key tasks include lead generation, managing franchise inquiries, developing business planning strategies, and supporting franchisees through the onboarding process. The role requires active collaboration with various teams to ensure a seamless franchise expansion experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising
- Ability to develop Business Planning strategies and manage franchise-related operations
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Experience in Lead Generation and nurturing potential franchise partnerships
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with the dry-cleaning or service industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
