The Role
We're looking for a driven Franchise Sales Manager to own the full franchise sales cycle — from lead qualification to signed agreement. You'll be the face of Chai Bunk to prospective franchise partners, converting inbound and outbound interest into committed outlet owners across our four formats (Store, Express, Flagship, Highway).
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end franchise sales pipeline: qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, present investment models, and close deals
- Handle inbound inquiries and run structured outbound outreach to prospective franchisees
- Deliver compelling franchise pitches covering ROI, investment tiers, and the FOCO model
- Maintain and update CRM records, track pipeline health, and report on conversion metrics
- Coordinate with operations and legal teams to move signed prospects through onboarding and agreement execution
- Represent Chai Bunk professionally across calls, meetings, and franchise expos
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, or business development (F&B or QSR background preferred)
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals and hitting targets
- Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
- Comfort with CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident presenting investment opportunities
- Willingness to travel across Telangana, AP, and expansion markets as needed
