About the Role
Bestway Supermart is looking for a confident, driven, and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager (Team Lead) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving franchise sales, managing prospective franchise partners, and contributing to the expansion of our retail network.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage franchise leads through calls, meetings, digital channels, and other sources.
- Connect with prospective franchise partners and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain franchise models, investment plans, and business opportunities.
- Handle inquiries, regular follow-ups, negotiations, and lead conversions.
- Manage the end-to-end franchise sales and onboarding process.
- Build strong relationships with franchise prospects and partners.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily activity reports.
- Lead the sales team and monitor individual and team performance.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from franchise closure to store setup.
Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, franchise development, real estate, retail, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working with CRM, Excel, Email, and other basic business tools.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing a team.
