Job Overview
Bal Vidya Kendra is looking for an experienced Franchise Manager to expand our school network in the UP East region. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, converting them into successful franchise sign-ups, and supporting them in setting up their schools.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads for new school franchise partners
Explain the Bal Vidya Kendra franchise model to interested partners
Convert leads into successful franchise sign-ups
Manage the franchise agreement process and onboarding
Visit franchise locations and support partners in setting up their schools
Develop and manage the UP East region including Lucknow, Prayagraj, Varanasi, and Kanpur
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth franchise operations
Requirements
Candidates preferably based in UP East (Lucknow / Prayagraj / Varanasi / Kanpur)
Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise sales, franchise development, or education sector sales
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Fluent in English and Hindi
Ability to travel within the assigned region
Self-driven with the ability to manage regional expansion
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
