JOB OVERVIEW
AICRA is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Franchise Sales Manager to expand its footprint across India. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing franchise partners for multiple business verticals including robotics, esports, and STEM education.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and acquire potential franchise partners across assigned regions
- Drive franchise sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Present business models and close franchise agreements
- Onboard and train franchise partners for smooth operations
- Manage and support franchisees to ensure performance and growth
- Monitor regional performance and implement growth strategies
- Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3–6 years of experience in franchise sales / business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to manage multiple partners and regions
- Willingness to travel extensively
