*Compensation*
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Performance-Based Incentives (No Upper Limit)
Earning Potential: ₹30,000 – ₹80,000+ per month based on performance

*Role Overview*
The role involves managing leads, engaging with prospective partners, and converting them into franchisees while ensuring smooth coordination throughout the onboarding and execution process.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Handle assigned leads through calls and structured follow-ups
* Classify and manage leads effectively (Hot, Warm, Cold, Junk)
* Present the SuperKirana franchise opportunity to prospects
* Build strong relationships and maintain consistent communication
* Drive prospects through survey and onboarding stages
* Support franchise agreement discussions and closures
* Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
* Maintain accurate records of lead progress and interactions
* Contribute to overall sales growth and expansion objectives

*Qualifications*
* 0–3 years of experience in sales or business development
* Prior exposure to franchise, retail, or B2B sales is an advantage
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain follow-ups
