Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Delhi for a Franchise Sales professional. The role involves identifying and engaging potential franchise partners, managing the end-to-end franchise sales process, conducting sales pitches and presentations, and building relationships with prospective franchisees. Additionally, the individual will assist in providing training and guidance to new franchise owners and ensuring all franchisees adhere to company standards and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and engaging with potential franchisees
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on meeting targets and driving business growth
- Experience in conducting Training to support and onboard franchisees effectively
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and result-oriented approach
- Understanding of the QSR or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
