Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bhubaneswar, with some flexibility for remote work. The Franchise Relationship Manager will oversee communication and business interactions with franchise partners to ensure operational alignment and success. Daily responsibilities include monitoring franchise performance, addressing inquiries, providing operational support, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. The role also involves identifying opportunities for growth, implementing process improvements, and strengthening franchise relationships through regular communication and on-site visits as required.
Qualifications
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and collaboration abilities.
- Operations Management and Customer Support Expertise: Ability to monitor, evaluate, and support franchise operations while addressing partner needs effectively.
- Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving: Skills in identifying improvement opportunities, implementing solutions, and driving growth.
- Organizational and Multi-tasking Skills: Capacity to manage multiple franchise accounts and responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Franchise Management: Experience in or knowledge of franchise business models, operational compliance, and brand consistency.
- Experience in the laundry, dry cleaning, or service-based industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
