Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for Franchise Partners. As a Franchise Partner, you will be responsible for supporting franchise development processes, including ownership guidance, overseeing franchise sales management, and providing comprehensive training to franchisees. You will work directly with clients to analyze financial performance, optimize franchising opportunities, and develop strategic solutions that align with their entrepreneurial goals. You will also contribute to scaling marketing initiatives and establishing strong partnerships between franchisors and franchisees.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Franchising and ability to guide franchise ownership processes
- Prior experience in conducting Training and implementing Franchise Systems
- Strong understanding of Finance to analyze and assess financial performance for franchise operations
- Proven Sales acumen, including franchise sales and broader business development
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in consulting or entrepreneurship is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
