This is not a traditional franchise model where your capital is lost to hefty, non-refundable licensing fees. Instead, your ₹30 Lakh initial investment is 100% retained and deployed directly into your own asset—funding the complete setup, premium infrastructure, and launch of your dedicated Weskill Center. We handle the heavy lifting of building the center, and our dedicated sales engine drives the revenue, creating a true collaborative partnership.
How the Partnership Works
Zero Sunk-Cost Investment: Your ₹30 Lakh investment is entirely utilized to design, build, and equip your Weskill Center. You own the infrastructure.
Turnkey Setup by Weskill: You supply the capital; our expert operations team executes the entire center setup, ensuring it meets our high-quality brand standards without you having to manage contractors or vendors.
Built-In Sales Engine: You do not need to build a sales team from scratch. The internal Weskill sales team will operate directly through your center, driving enrollments, closing deals, and scaling the customer base.
Revenue Sharing: As the center generates revenue through our centralized sales efforts, profits are shared with you based on a highly lucrative, transparent revenue-sharing agreement.
Key Responsibilities of the Franchise Owner
While Weskill handles the center build-out and primary sales operations, the Franchise Owner plays a crucial role in local leadership and center management:
Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day administration and physical maintenance of the Weskill Center, ensuring a premium, welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.
Local Operations Champion: Act as the face of Weskill in your local community, fostering relationships with local institutions, businesses, and educational bodies.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Weskill corporate sales and marketing teams operating out of your center to ensure they have the operational support needed to hit revenue targets.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure the center adheres to Weskill’s operational guidelines, brand ethos, and quality standards at all times.
