Flyrobe is hiring a Franchise Operations Manager to support and strengthen our growing network of stores.
Looking for someone with experience in:
- Managing multi-store retail or franchise operations
- Driving SOP compliance, store performance and partner accountability
- Working closely with franchisees to improve sales and operations
- Scaling processes in a distributed business model
Preferred: 4+ years experience in retail, franchise or multi-location business operations. Fashion/consumer experience is a plus.
Location: Delhi NCR (travel required)
