Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Operations Manager located in New Delhi, India. The Franchise Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of franchise locations, ensure adherence to company standards, and implement operational processes. Responsibilities include training and guiding franchisees, setting and monitoring performance goals, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, and building strong relationships with franchise partners. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, resolving operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the success of franchise locations.
Qualifications
- Operations management expertise, including streamlining processes, managing performance, and solving operational challenges
- Strong leadership, training, and team management skills to support and guide franchise partners
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting performance metrics to ensure efficiency and growth
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for building collaborative relationships
- Knowledge of fitness and wellness programs or prior experience in the fitness or franchise industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Flexibility to work on-site and travel to franchise locations if required
