Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Franchise Operations Manager. The individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of the franchise network, support franchise partners in meeting performance goals, and ensure compliance with brand standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring operational and financial performance, and fostering strong franchise relationships. The position requires a commitment to driving operational excellence and revenue growth across all franchise locations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Planning and Franchising
- Ability to travel for weeks at a stretch across the country for training and visits across the franchisees
- Strong skills in Operations Management and P&L (Profit and Loss) Management
- Proven Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and act on data
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple locations
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, or sports industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
