Requirements
We are growing through a franchise model and are looking for an energetic leader to spearhead this expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard new franchise partners throughout North India
- Assess potential locations and perform feasibility analyses
- Oversee the entire franchise sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, doctors, and healthcare entrepreneurs
- Collaborate with operations, legal, and marketing teams to ensure seamless franchise setup
- Maintain adherence to brand SOPs and service standards across all franchise locations
- Monitor franchise performance, revenue generation, and royalty collections
- Conduct frequent franchisee trainings and business review meetings
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in franchise development or sales, ideally within healthcare, wellness, retail, or QSR sectors
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation abilities
- Education: Graduate or MBA preferred
- Other: Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits; target-driven approach
