About the Role
The Franchise Expansion Manager will be responsible for driving brand expansion through identification, onboarding, and development of new franchise partners under the FOCO/FICO/FOFO model. The role will focus on market expansion, store launch coordination, franchise partner acquisition, and ensuring smooth setup of new retail stores aligned with company standards. This is an Individual Contributor role based out of Bangalore and requires a highly driven professional with strong experience in franchise expansion, retail business development, and luxury/jewellery retail operations. Candidates from Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, or similar retail industries will be preferred.
Brand Expansion & Franchise Development
- Drive expansion of the brand through the FOCO/FICO/FOFO franchise model across targeted cities and markets.
- Identify potential franchise investors and business partners.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective franchisees.
- Conduct franchise presentations, business discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Evaluate market potential, competitor presence, and expansion feasibility.
FOCO/ FICO/ FOFO Model Management
- Ensure franchise partners understand the FOCO/ FICO/ FOFO business structure and operational expectations.
- Support franchise investors during onboarding and agreement finalization.
- Coordinate documentation and compliance requirements related to franchise onboarding

- Build strong professional relationships with franchise partners and investors.
- Act as a bridge between franchisees and internal departments.
- Ensure smooth communication and resolution of business concerns.
Market Research & Business Strategy
- Conduct market surveys for identifying high-potential retail locations.
- Analyze market trends, customer demographics, and competitor activities.
- Suggest expansion strategies and territory development plans.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain expansion tracker, pipeline reports, and store opening status reports.
- Provide regular business updates and expansion MIS to management.
