As the Franchisee Manager, you will be responsible for franchise acquisition, revenue generation, and compliance management within the assigned region. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by engaging with franchise partners and managing relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Franchise Acquisition: Actively pursue new franchise partners on a monthly basis to expand the business footprint.
• Revenue Management: Achieve set revenue targets and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
• Product Activation: Promote the activation of mutual funds, commodities, and other investment products among franchise partners.
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct weekly meetings with existing business partners to assess performance and align goals.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in franchise management, sales, or business development in financial services.
