Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Manager, based in Gurgaon. The Franchise Manager will oversee franchise operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities include developing and managing franchise relationships, driving sales growth, executing operational strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also requires identifying new business opportunities, onboarding franchisees, and providing training programs to support their success.
Qualifications
- Franchise management skills, including onboarding, relationship management, and ensuring compliance with brand policies
- Experience in sales strategy development, business growth, and performance tracking
- Strong understanding of franchise operations and business models
- Proficiency in marketing, business development, and customer relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate performance metrics and optimize processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the food and beverages industry or retail franchising is a plus
