Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Manager based in Pune. The Franchise Manager will oversee the operations and performance of multiple centers within their region, ensuring targets are met and services are delivered effectively. Responsibilities include strategic planning, team management, business development, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies. The Franchise Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring center managers and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in business development, client relationship management, and regional operations
- Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies
- Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple centers and meet business objectives effectively
- Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
