Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Franchise Manager. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for overseeing franchise operations, developing business strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Daily tasks include managing relationships with franchisees, monitoring performance metrics, and providing support to drive growth. Additional responsibilities include identifying new franchise opportunities, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and business operations
- Ability to oversee franchise performance metrics and implement growth-driven initiatives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in franchise management or similar roles is preferred
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with multiple teams effectively
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals
