Job Description – Franchise Hea
Position: Franchise Head
Job Summary:
The Franchise Head will be primarily responsible for driving franchise sales, generating new business opportunities, and expanding the franchise network for MultiFit Wellness Pvt. Ltd.. The role focuses heavily on offline lead generation, franchise acquisition, business expansion, and achieving aggressive sales targets across identified markets.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, business development expertise, negotiation skills, and the ability to convert potential leads into successful franchise partnerships. This role requires a highly target-driven professional with experience in franchise sales and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Sales & Business Development:
Drive end-to-end franchise sales and expansion activities across target markets.
Identify, generate, and convert offline leads for new franchise opportunities.
Conduct franchise presentations, business meetings, and investment discussions with prospective partners.
Develop and execute market penetration strategies to expand brand presence.
Build strong franchise pipelines through networking, events, corporate connections, and field activities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise sales targets.
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize franchise agreements.
Franchise Expansion Strategy:
Identify high-potential markets and locations for franchise growth.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business feasibility assessments.
Work closely with leadership to drive expansion and revenue growth plans.
Develop scalable business development strategies for long-term franchise expansion.
Franchise Operations Support:
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and launch of new franchise centers.
Ensure operational readiness during franchise setup phases.
Monitor franchise business performance and support revenue growth initiatives.
Training & Business Support:
Guide franchise partners on sales, marketing, and business growth strategies.
Coordinate training programs for franchise teams and center managers.
Support franchise partners in local marketing and lead generation initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting:
Maintain franchise sales reports, pipeline trackers, and expansion updates.
Ensure adherence to franchise agreements and company policies.
Prepare regular business development and performance reports for management.
Required Skills:

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or expansion roles
Experience in fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service industries preferred
Proven track record in franchise acquisition and business growth
