🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Generate & convert franchise leads across regions
• Execute sales & expansion strategies
• Conduct presentations, site visits & investor meetings
• Manage end-to-end franchise onboarding
• Build strong partner relationships
• Track market trends & opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth setup
⏱️ Work Details
🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
🕘 Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
🏠 Work Mode: Work From Home + Travel
✈️ Travel: Up to 20 days/month (outstation)
✅ Requirements
✔ Minimum 5 years in Franchise Development / Business Development / B2B Sales
✔ Preferred: Education sector or franchise experience
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔ Entrepreneurial, target-driven mindset
✔ Willingness to travel extensively
📌 Must Have:
• Own conveyance (2/4 wheeler)
• Personal laptop
• Smartphone with dual SIM (or extra phone for company SIM)
