We’re Hiring: Franchisee Development Manager
Location: Chennai (with travel across India)
Tiron Robotic Vacuum Cleaners is a fast-growing consumer tech brand focused on delivering a store-first retail experience, premium home demos, and strong after-sales support. As we expand our footprint across India, we are looking for a Franchisee Onboarding Manager to help build and scale our franchise network.
Role Overview
The Franchisee Development Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding journey of new franchise partners, ensuring smooth store launches, and enabling partners to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle of franchise partners
- Ensure store setup and launch readiness in line with brand standards
- Conduct training on product knowledge, demo process, and sales approach
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding execution
- Track onboarding timelines and improve operational processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
Key Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in franchise management, onboarding, or retail expansion
- Prior experience working in a franchise-driven business model is essential
- Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, or retail brands is preferred
- Strong execution and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel as required
