We are looking for someone who can help us identify the right partners, convert serious investors, and expand our footprint across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.
π The Opportunity
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to work directly on school expansion, franchise sales, investor acquisition, and education business development.
You will be responsible for building and managing the complete franchise development funnel β from lead generation to investor meetings, presentations, negotiation, onboarding, and coordination for school setup.
This is not a passive sales role.
We need someone who is:
β Aggressive in lead follow-up
β Strong in franchise sales conversations
β Confident in investor meetings
β Comfortable with travel
β Capable of closing high-value deals
β Passionate about education and business growth
π Key Responsibilities
β’ Generate, manage, and convert franchise leads across India
β’ Identify potential investors, entrepreneurs, and business partners
β’ Conduct franchise presentations, discovery calls, and investor meetings
β’ Travel for site visits, market visits, and partner meetings
β’ Manage the end-to-end franchise onboarding process
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing partners
β’ Execute regional expansion and sales strategies
β’ Track market trends, competitor activity, and city-wise opportunities
β’ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise setup and launch
β’ Maintain strong follow-up discipline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
β Minimum 5 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, B2B Sales, Channel Sales, or Institutional Sales
β Experience in education, school franchise, preschool franchise, coaching, EdTech, or service franchise preferred
β Strong communication and presentation skills
β Excellent negotiation and closing ability
β Ability to handle high-value sales conversations with investors
β Entrepreneurial mindset and target-driven approach
β Strong follow-up discipline and ownership attitude
β Comfort with extensive travel across India
β Ability to work independently and report clearly
π Must-Have Requirements

β’ Monday to Saturday working schedule
β’ Timings: 9:30 AM β 6:00 PM
β’ Work From Home + Travel role
β’ Travel up to 20 days per month, including outstation travel
β’ Own conveyance: 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler
β’ Personal laptop
β’ Smartphone with dual SIM or an extra phone for company SIM
