Role Snapshot
We’re looking for a driven professional to expand our franchise network, onboard the right partners, and drive retail growth.
What You’ll Do
• Identify & onboard franchise partners
• Conduct market & location analysis
• Lead end-to-end franchise onboarding
• Drive sales & performance of franchise outlets
• Build strong franchisee relationships
What We Need
• 4–5+ years in franchise sales/development
• Strong retail expansion & market understanding
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Network of franchise investors is a plus
Compensation
💰 Salary + Incentives
- Bond of INR 3 lakh in case of exit before 24 month.
