Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager based in Hyderabad. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, managing franchise sales, planning and implementing business strategies, providing guidance on franchising operations, and coordinating training programs for franchisees. The role requires close collaboration with prospective franchisees to ensure alignment with Krimmy Thickshakes’ brand and operational values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising processes
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
- Experience with Lead Generation and identifying new market opportunities
- Excellent Training and coaching skills for onboarding and supporting franchisees
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
