We are seeking a Franchise Development Manager in Ghungroo Seth to drive brand growth for an Indian-origin QSR brand by expanding outlets across company-owned and franchise models. The role involves identifying strategic locations, managing franchise partnerships, and enhancing brand visibility through offline events and on-ground activations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead business development initiatives within the QSR / F&B sector.
• Drive outlet expansion across company-owned and franchise models.
• Act as a single point of contact for franchise and company-owned outlets.
• Identify, evaluate, and finalize locations based on feasibility and market potential.
• Manage landlord and partner negotiations for new outlets.
• Plan and execute offline events, exhibitions, and brand activations to strengthen brand presence.
Required Skills:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QSR / F&B Business Development
• Experience with Indian-origin QSR brands will be preferred
• Hands-on exposure to franchise and company-owned outlet models
• Strong understanding of QSR/F&B market dynamics
• Location assessment and negotiation skills
• Excellent stakeholder and partner management abilities
• Event planning and on-ground brand activation exposure
• Strong communication and commercial acumen
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• MBA / PGDM (preferred)
