Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Franchise Development Manager. The role involves driving franchise sales, developing strategic business plans, overseeing the franchising process, generating leads, and providing training to franchisees. The Franchise Development Manager will also identify growth opportunities, foster franchisee relationships, and ensure operational excellence to expand the company's presence across regions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Franchise Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Franchising processes
- Proficiency in Training and supporting franchisees to align operations with company standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans
- Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
