🍦 We're Hiring: Franchise Development Manager | Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream
Are you a deal-maker who loves building things from the ground up?
Amadora is one of India's most loved artisanal ice cream brands — established in 2011, operating company-owned stores across Chennai and Bangalore, and now aggressively expanding our franchise network across South India.
We're looking for a sharp, driven Franchise Development Manager to own and accelerate this growth.
What you'll do:
→ Identify, qualify, and convert franchise leads across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, and Telangana → Manage the end-to-end franchise onboarding process — from first conversation to store launch → Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outreach, referrals, and industry events → Conduct market scoping and site evaluation in target cities → Work closely with operations, accounts, and marketing to ensure new franchisees are set up for success → Be the face of Amadora to prospective franchise partners
What we're looking for:
✔ 3–6 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or B2B sales ✔ Strong understanding of retail/F&B unit economics — you should be comfortable talking numbers ✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ✔ Self-starter who can work independently and close without hand-holding ✔ Prior experience in food & beverage, QSR, or retail franchising is a strong plus ✔ Willingness to travel across South India
