Key Responsibilities:

✔ Franchise lead generation & investor acquisition
✔ Conduct franchise presentations & close deals
✔ Territory mapping & market feasibility analysis
✔ Franchise onboarding & store launch coordination
✔ Maintain investor pipeline & achieve expansion targets
✔ Build strong relationships with franchise partners.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum 3 years experience in Franchise Development
✅ Strong negotiation & closing skills
✅ Willingness to travel extensively

✅ Tamil & English communication preferred
