Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Franchise Development role based in New Delhi. The Franchise Development professional will identify, qualify, and engage potential franchise partners through calls, meetings, events, and digital outreach. The role involves presenting the Caring Angels franchise model, preparing proposals, guiding prospects through the evaluation process, and supporting them from initial interest through agreement signing. The individual will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information on operations, training, and financial aspects is shared with prospects. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, conducting market research, visiting potential locations, and participating in franchise exhibitions or networking events. The role also includes supporting new franchisees during onboarding and initial training to help them set up and operate their centers effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Franchise Sales and Franchising, with the ability to explain business models and franchise terms clearly.
- Solid understanding of Business fundamentals, including basic financial concepts, market analysis, and growth planning.
- Experience in Sales, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a consultative manner.
- Ability to coordinate and support Training activities for new franchise partners and their teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Comfort working on-site in New Delhi, with willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed.
- Prior experience in education, child care, or franchise development is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proactive, organized, and data-driven approach to managing targets and reporting.
