Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Franchise Coordinator role, based in Gurugram. The Franchise Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating franchise operations and supporting franchising processes, including managing franchise sales, overseeing franchise agreements, and ensuring effective communication with franchisees. Key responsibilities include analytical evaluation of franchise performance, coordinating day-to-day communication, and assisting in developing franchising strategies to drive growth and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate franchise performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Knowledge of Franchise Agreements and regulatory standards
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for liaison with stakeholders
- Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in franchising, sales, or a related industry is a plus
