Role Description
This is a remote, contract-based role for a Franchise Business Consultant. In this role, the consultant will provide expert guidance to franchisees on business operations to ensure alignment with company standards and goals. Key responsibilities include aiding with franchise development, assessing and improving operational processes, advising on financial performance metrics, and delivering tailored management consulting. Collaboration with franchise owners to implement strategic business plans will be a key component of the role. Regular communication with stakeholders and offering solutions to improve profitability and operations will also be required.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Franchising and Business Planning principles to guide franchisees effectively
- Expertise in Management Consulting with the ability to create and execute strategic recommendations for businesses
- Strong networking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for maintaining strong partnerships with franchise owners
- Flexibility to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Should be fluent in English, Hindi and regional languages.
- Should be able to reach out in their network for converting and on-boarding new franchisees
Compensation: 5 to 8% Referral Commission on each on-boarding of each franchisee.
