Hiring for Franchise Acquisition Manager

Education: Graduation / MBA (Preferred)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Franchise Acquisition Manager to lead expansion initiatives in the Home Healthcare & Elder Care segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and scaling franchise partners across assigned regions.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience in franchise acquisition / business development
- Background in Healthcare / Hospital / Diagnostic / Elder Care industry
- Strong track record in regional or state-level expansion
- Solid understanding of franchise models, setup, and operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven with ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Strong professional network will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Drive state-level franchise expansion for Home Healthcare & Elder Care services
- Identify, scout, and onboard high-potential franchise partners
- Manage end-to-end franchise acquisition lifecycle, including: Infrastructure readiness, Compliance & standardization, Operational launch support
- Generate qualified franchise leads through strong networking and market mapping
- Ensure franchise partners meet business viability, quality, and profitability benchmarks
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and market expansion
- Monitor and support franchise performance to ensure long-term success
