Responsibilities
forge is a Singapore based startup, building the next-generation of pre-interview preparation.
As a Framer Intern, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing high-converting landing pages and website experiences using Framer. Your work will directly impact user acquisition, brand perception, and conversion rates.
Compensation can be on a monthly/hourly/project based fee.
Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive landing pages using Framer
- Translate marketing ideas into high-converting website experiences
- Optimize pages for conversion (CRO), SEO, and performance
- Iterate on designs based on user behavior and feedback
- Maintain consistent branding, typography, and visual identity
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align messaging with design
- Implement animations, interactions, and modern UI patterns where relevant
- Continuously research and replicate high-performing website designs and trends
Qualifications- Experience with Framer (required)
- Strong eye for design, layout, and user experience (UX/UI)
- Understanding of conversion-focused design principles
- Familiarity with modern web design trends and landing page structures
- Basic understanding of SEO and page performance optimization
- Ability to work independently and execute quickly
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate
Nice to have:
- Experience with Figma, Webflow, or React-based design systems
- Previous work on startup websites or landing pages
- Portfolio showcasing past design or Framer projects
