A motivated lab assistant within the field of Chemistry, Perfumery & Technology or a related field well versed with handling chemicals, safety methods and good lab practices, delivering quick & accurate compounding of recipes while working closer with perfumers to deliver briefs in time.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and testing of new fragrance formulations.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and analysis of fragrance samples.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to optimise fragrance profiles for various fragrance applications.
- Prepare reports and documentation of lab experiments and results.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab space.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to fragrance development.
You?
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field.
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in fragrance development or related industry applications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
