Role Overview
We are looking for a Fractional / Consultant B2B Sales Head to help us scale school partnerships in the early growth phase. This role is ideal for a senior sales professional who prefers outcome-based ownership over fixed roles.
You will drive partnerships with:
- Schools and school groups
- Educational vendors and publishers
- Sponsors and ecosystem partners
Compensation & Upside
- 50% revenue share on deals you close end-to-end (avg ticket size INR 3LPA )
- 25% revenue share on business generated via your referrals or warm school connects
- After 3 months: Opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales Leadership role with Fixed Pay + Incentives + ESOPs
- Unlimited upside with full freedom to scale via direct sales or channel partnerships
Location: Remote (Work from Home but shall be willing to travel locally as per requirement.)
