Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fractional Sales CXO, based in Ghaziabad. The role involves overseeing and driving sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent leadership and training. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales processes, building client relationships, mentoring sales teams, and establishing best practices to help achieve company growth objectives. The ideal candidate should focus on aligning sales goals with business objectives to deliver measurable success.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and strategic development.
- Expertise in providing Training and mentoring to sales teams, ensuring they are skilled and motivated to meet sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities to effectively manage teams and foster a high-performance culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A track record of success in sales leadership roles and a strong understanding of the UI/UX or design industry is an advantage.
