Roles and Responsibilities
1. Investor Lead Generation & Pipeline Development:
- Generate high-quality investor leads for fractional ownership opportunities in Sturmfrei’s hospitality asset portfolio.
- Leverage multiple online and offline platforms including LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, investor communities, real estate investment forums, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing, webinars, and landing pages.
- Activate offline channels such as networking events, startup events, real estate expos, investor meetups, HNI introductions, and partnership referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective investors including HNIs, startup founders, professionals, and real estate investors.
2. Investor Outreach & Relationship Building:
- Engage and nurture potential investors through structured outreach including calls, video meetings, webinars, and in-person meetings.
- Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and investment groups interested in hospitality and real estate assets.
- Maintain a strong CRM database and track investor engagement and pipeline progression.
3. Investment Pitching & Deal Conversion:
- Present Sturmfrei’s fractional ownership hospitality investment opportunities to prospective investors.
- Clearly communicate asset value, projected returns, hospitality demand, and long-term brand vision.
- Handle investor queries and guide them through the investment decision-making process.
- Drive lead-to-investor conversion by conducting structured investment presentations and follow-ups.
4. Campaign Execution & Lead Funnel Optimization:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design investor acquisition campaigns.
- Optimize lead funnels across paid ads, webinars, landing pages, and email sequences.
- Track lead quality and continuously refine targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
5. Investor Onboarding & Documentation Support:
- Assist investors during the onboarding process including documentation, agreements, and payment processes.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth closure of investment transactions.
- Ensure a seamless and professional investor experience from first contact to deal closure.
6. Market Intelligence & Investment Insights:
- Stay updated on real estate investment trends, fractional ownership models, and hospitality investment opportunities.
- Provide insights into investor behavior, market demand, and investment positioning strategies.
