We're Hiring: Fractional CTO / Tech Architect

About Miror
At Miror, we're transforming how women experience peri-menopause and menopause in India.
We've built India's largest menopause-focused WhatsApp community, partnered with the National
Health Mission and the Indian Menopause Society, and launched category-defining nutraceutical
and digital health products.
Now we're building the next phase — a truly AI-driven, personalized FemTech platform.
What You'll Own
1 Define the architecture for a scalable, modular, and future-ready FemTech platform
2 Design personalized health journeys based on symptoms, life stage, and behavior
3 Build systems for Community, Consultations, and Commerce
4 Create a unified data layer powering personalization, segmentation, and insights
5 Define and lead the AI roadmap (recommendations, next-best actions, segmentation, insights)
6 Enable continuous experimentation, AI integration, and rapid iteration
7 Work alongside clinical experts, content, and product teams
8 Mentor and guide the internal engineering team
Who You Are
1 15+ years in engineering / product tech roles
2 CTO / Architect / Founding Engineer background
3 Strong in system design, data architecture, APIs
4 Built high-engagement consumer products
5 Real experience with AI/ML in production
6 Hands-on approach
7 Bonus: healthtech / wellness / community platforms
