Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fractional CTO specializing in Node.js and AWS, based in Bengaluru. The Fractional CTO will lead the architecture and development of scalable software solutions while overseeing product development and driving IT strategy. Responsibilities include managing software development workflows, implementing best practices for development and deployment, and ensuring project timelines are met. The role also involves mentoring development teams and collaborating closely with stakeholders to bring technical expertise to the forefront of business strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Software Development, including proficiency in Node.js and cloud platforms like AWS
- Very strong hands-on execution ability
- Focus on delivering high-quality and timely outcomes
- Proven skills in IT Strategy and technical leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals
- In-depth knowledge of Architecture and design for scalable, secure, and efficient systems
- Background in Product Development with experience in taking AI-based solutions from concept to market
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, team leadership experience, and the ability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the education technology industry is a plus
