Company Description ANTS Platform is an AI adoption and ROI platform designed to help enterprises discover, measure, and control how AI agents and applications are used across cloud and endpoint environments. The platform provides end-to-end visibility into Shadow AI for discovery, Guardian AI for runtime observability, guardrails, and compliance, and ROI AI for adoption, productivity, and cost/ROI measurement. By transforming AI usage data into actionable insights, ANTS Platform enables organizations to achieve safe, measurable productivity gains through a simple motion: Discover → Measure → Control. The company integrates with a broad ecosystem including ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Atlassian, Slack, Microsoft Teams, OpenTelemetry, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Langflow, OpenRouter, and more, making implementation flexible and enterprise-ready.
Role Description The Fractional CTO is a full-time remote role responsible for setting and guiding the technical vision of ANTS Platform while working closely with founders and product leadership. This role involves defining the architecture and roadmap for AI observability, compliance, and ROI capabilities, ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable, and performant. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software development efforts, reviewing technical designs, mentoring engineering leads, and establishing best practices across the stack. The Fractional CTO will collaborate with product, customer success, and go-to-market teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions, prioritize initiatives, and manage technical risks. The role also includes evaluating new technologies, strengthening ecosystem integrations, and aligning IT strategy with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
