One of our clients are seeking a high-caliber Fractional Chief Product Officer to operate as
the business owner of a scaled mobile F2P title. This role is accountable for retention
growth, monetization expansion, roadmap discipline, and long-term product
defensibility. This is a P&L-driving role, growth-accountable executive position.
Core Objective:
Drive measurable and sustained growth across retention, engagement
depth, and LTV while building a world-class product operating system.
Primary Accountability:
Product & Business Ownership
- Own D1, D7, D30 retention metrics
- Own ARPDAU, payer conversion, LTV growth
- Own roadmap prioritization based on ROI
- Own monetization architecture and optimization
- Own LiveOps performance strategy
Strategic Leadership
- Define 12-month product growth roadmap
- Establish structured experimentation culture
- Align cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes
- Build scalable decision frameworks
Execution Discipline
- Approve go/no-go feature decisions
- Drive KPI x reviews with rigor
- Eliminate vanity metrics
- Ensure every major initiative has measurable success criteria
Success Metrics (3-6 Months):
- Significant uplift in retention and engagement KPIs
- Improved monetization funnel e9iciency
- Structured experimentation cadence
- Predictable LiveOps revenue cycles
- Reduced founder bottleneck in product execution
Required Experience:
- 8+ years in gaming product leadership
- Proven ownership of F2P mobile KPIs (preferable in Action shooter)
- Experience scaling live service games
- Strong monetization systems design knowledge
- Data-driven leadership style
- Experience managing senior cross-functional teams

- Deep understanding of player psychology and revenue systems
- Operates with accountability and urgency
- Built or scaled at least one successful live service title
