Compensation: This is a pure performance-based engagement. No fixed salary or retainer. Earnings are entirely through revenue share and/or equity based on deals originated or closed. If that doesn't work for you, this role is not the right fit.

Job Title: Fractional Chief Business Officer (CBO)
Location: Remote | Occasional travel to client meetings
Engagement Type: Contract / Fractional
Time Commitment: 1–3 days per week
Duration: Initial 6–12 months, extendable based on outcomes

What You'll Do
1. Identify and engage enterprise BFSI prospects for RAIYA pilots and deployments
2. Represent SpeedTech.ai in CXO-level conversations with banks, insurers, and NBFCs
3. Co-create GTM strategy for new geographies or verticals
4. Leverage your network to accelerate deal cycles
