Job Role : The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:

  • Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of HDFC AMC at the Branch
  • Channel management across IFA’s, National Distributors and Banks
  • Team Management and development of sub - ordinates
  • Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branch
  • Monitoring the servicing of clients with regards to their payments, redemptions, and specific queries.

Knowledge & Essential Skills

  • Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to insure healthy shares in the region
  • Relationship skills necessary to manage high end distributors & investors.
  • In-depth knowledge of MF industry, products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt / ETFs)
  • High Enthusiasm & Aggression
  • Team Managing Skills
  • Pleasing personality & an excellent communication skills

Job Summary : Responsible for sales and increasing the share of wallet for HDFC AMC, networking with clients and distributors to identify avenues for new business opportunities

Who Should Apply : CFP® professionals, Candidates with sales experience in B2B and B2C segment handling channel partner sales / direct sales, wealth management professionals

Responsibility

  • Connect with High Networth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Networth Individuals (UHNI), Family offices and introduce products of HDFC AMC across MF / PMS / AIF
  • New client acquisition
  • Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of HDFC AMC at the Branch
  • Channel management across individual mutual fund distributors, national distributors and banks
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company’s policies & processes at all times

Requirement

  • MBA – Finance (Full Time) and CFP®
  • Full-time Graduation

Preferred

  • Experience in wealth management, B2C and B2B sales
  • A person with experience of handling IFAs and NDs in terms of large numbers would be preferred

Salary Range : Above 8 lacs

Incentives / Bonuses : Yearly Performance Related Pay - lumpsum amount
