Job Description
- Lead financial planning and budgeting processes to align with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present insightful financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze key financial metrics and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvements.
- Monitor and report on financial risks and opportunities within the metal industry.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.

The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A - Sr. Manager should have:
- Strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- In-depth understanding of the metal industry, particularly machining and stamping.
- Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and data analysis software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate financial insights effectively.
