Responsibilities
General Farm Work
Operate, maintain and clean farm equipment including tractors, balers, mowers and similar
Perform and / or coordinate preventative equipment and tool maintenance and repairs
Coordinate and control equipment use
Feeding and care of livestock - cattle
Crop production – ground prep, planting, cultivating, spraying, harvesting
Hay production including cutting, bailing, storing and feeding
Fence building and mending
Pasture and grounds general care such as mowing, cleanup and repairs
Ensure that all farm grounds, animal pens, facilities, equipment, etc. are maintained
Cut, trim, spray fence lines
Chemical application, mixing, storing
Record and Review planting, spraying, harvesting schedules
Skills & Abilities
Work efficiently with minimal supervision
Flexibility to work with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
Observe safety and security procedures
Plan and prioritize work
Report to work on time consistently
Complete work properly and timely

Physical Requirements
Ability to repeatedly lift 75 lbs.

A Clean Driving record is needed to operate vehicles offsite (pickup supplies, etc.)
