We are seeking an experienced
FPGA Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in FPGA design and development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and validating FPGA-based solutions for high-performance hardware systems. The role involves working closely with hardware, firmware, and system teams to deliver optimized and reliable digital designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement RTL logic using Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog.
- Develop and integrate FPGA modules for high-performance digital systems.
- Perform simulation, debugging, and verification of FPGA designs.
- Conduct timing analysis, synthesis, and place & route for FPGA implementation.
- Work on high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, AXI, SPI, and UART.
- Optimize FPGA designs for performance, power, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and system engineering teams during product development.
- Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation on FPGA platforms.
- Develop and maintain design documentation and test procedures.
- Support ASIC prototyping and system integration activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in FPGA design and development.
- Strong experience with Verilog / VHDL / SystemVerilog.
- Experience with FPGA development tools such as:
- Vivado
- Quartus
- ModelSim / QuestaSim
- Solid understanding of:
- Digital design fundamentals
- RTL design
- Clock domain crossing
- Timing closure
- FPGA architecture
- Experience with high-speed communication protocols.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
