Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for an FPGA-Based Validation and Emulation Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for executing FPGA-based designs, performing system validation and debugging, supporting functional testing, and developing test frameworks. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and adherence to requirements, while ensuring design documentation is accurately maintained and updated.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of FPGA design, development, and emulation platforms
- Proficiency in HDL languages such as Verilog/VHDL
- Skills in debugging and validation tools including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers
- Experience in developing testbenches and test frameworks
- Understanding of system-level design and integration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Previous experience with semiconductor companies or relevant industries is an added advantage
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or TCL is beneficial
