Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an FPGA and RF Signal Processing Engineer. The Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing signal processing algorithms on FPGA platforms, particularly for radar and related defense applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include working on digital signal processing tasks, analyzing RF signal data, and collaborating with the Electrical Engineering team to design and optimize systems. The role also involves troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing algorithms to meet project specifications and military-grade performance requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Algorithm Development and Digital Signal Processing techniques.
- Expertise in Signal Processing and Radar Systems with a focus on defense and RF applications.
- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering principles and their application to complex systems.
- Experience with FPGA development, including VHDL/Verilog coding, simulation, and testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in simulation tools such as MATLAB or similar software is an advantage.
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the defense or aerospace industries is a plus.
