First Prudential Markets Ltd. (FP Markets), a Cyprus Investment Firm is currently looking to recruit a Full-time Junior/Middle Dealer in Cyprus (on-site).
This role places you at the core of trading operations, managing risk and ensuring seamless execution of CFD & Futures contracts. You'll oversee information flows across back and middle office and third-party risk systems, gaining hands-on experience in market risk, trade execution, and the full trade cycle - key for career growth in financial markets.
Reporting to: Head of Dealing
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily risk and dealing procedures, including monitoring trading infrastructure, market risk, and real-time alerts
- Troubleshoot trade-related cases and assess post-trade market misconduct alerts
- Manage margin calls, liquidations, and execute hedge trades
- Reconcile trades, support trade queries, and analyze client flow
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in the CFD industry
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Hands-on experience with MT4 and MT5 and Ctrader trading platforms
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Team player with a collaborative and proactive attitude
- Ability to work on-site 8-17:00 or 9-18:00Monday - Friday (no weekends, no night shifts)
- Relevant CySEC certification will be considered an advantage
